I will share with you What is the founding point of the strategy I use in my paths of coaching and training, I'll take you to stretch yourself kindly outside your comfort area, but first

What we will do:
- Prepare because I'll make you work a lot! In intensive training we work together for a whole day, from 9:30 to 18:00. We feel online, I'll let you know the platform you will use.
- First you will follow a video course that I created just for training.
- On the day of training, we will work alternating the work with me and what you will do alone.
- Before starting, I will give you all the directions on how you get ready for our training and what to prepare.
- You will then have 10 days of follow up (included in the price) when I will be available to respond to doubts and questions by email. At the end of 10 days we will make a further 1 hour online session (always included in the price)
- I accept one person a month (the path is intense and requires all my attention)
